Pupil Progress Days Reception to Year 6

The Pupil Progress Days are scheduled to take place this term, as noted in last week's Friday Flyer. Please make an appointment using our on-line booking system by the deadline dates shown below;

  • Year 5 & Year 6 - Friday 13th October at 1pm
  • Year 3 & Year 4 - Thursday 2nd November at 1pm
  • Year 1 & Year 2 - Friday 3rd November at 1pm
  • Reception - Thursday 30th November at 1pm

Please note that all appointments will be taking place in the main assembly hall starting from 8.30am.

During the Pupil Progress Day, parents will be given the opportunity to meet individually with their child’s class teacher to see how well their child has settled and agree their children’s new targets for the year ahead. It is our expectation, in line with our Home School Agreement, that all parents attend.

We expect all children to attend school as normal on these days. In the event that your child is unwell, the usual arrangements apply in the case of reporting your child absent.

Children will be encouraged to accompany their parents and participate in this review discussion. If, for reasons of sensitivity or confidentiality, you consider that you would like your child not to be present for part of the meeting then please indicate that to your class teacher who will ask the child to wait outside, or redirect them if appropriate.

In order to book your appointment, please visit https://deanesfield.parentseveningsystem.co.uk and follow the instructions as prompted on the screen. When logging on, please ensure you input the name of the parent who has priority 1 on our school system along with the email address we have registered for you.

If you do not have access to the internet, please contact the school office where a member of staff will be happy to make an appointment on your behalf.

Thank you for your continued support.
