    • Hillingdon SENDIASS Hillingdon SENDIASS is a free, confidential and impartial support service for parents and carers, children and young people up to 25 years where the child or young person has or may have special educational needs.

    SENDIASS Drop In for Parents/Carers

    Hillingdon Special Education Needs and Disabilities Information, Advice and Support Service (SENDIASS) offers free, impartial, and confidential information, advice, and support.  We aim to empower and enable parents/carers to be able to take an active role in decisions made about their child/young person regarding their education.  Our drop-in sessions are for parents/carers to ask questions and share experiences.

    Please register with the setting before attending. ​(You will be asked to sign in.)

    Please note:

    • There may be times when you need to bring your child(ren) with you - please be advised that they must stay with you at all times.
    • There are no childcare facilities or activities provided.

    SEND Family Support - Helping Familes Care For Children with SEND 

    We are a group of volunteers and carers, that have run many successful events for families caring for children with SEND over the past 8 – 9 years.

    Our team also run the original DADZ4DADZ and MUMZ4MUMZ closed social media forums for DADZ & MUMZ caring for children with SEND in the UK.

    We now want to offer even more support for families caring for children with SEND. We would like to hear from all families on what help, support and events they would like and where they would like them. If you have any thoughts or suggestions please email us on info@sendfs.co.uk.

    If you would like to be kept up to date on all our workshops, clubs, support groups and annual events or any other service we may provide in the future, you need to be signed up for SEND Family Support. Don’t worry because it’s free to sign up for SEND Family Support and you can do so by going to www.sendfs.co.uk/sign-up-for-send-family-support or click the link at the top of the page.  Only families that have signed up can attend our SEND Events.
