     Bookings are now open for Hillingdon’s Easter 2026 Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) Programme!  

    This exciting programme is available to school-aged children from Reception to Year 11 who are eligible for benefits-related free school meals in Hillingdon. 

    Through our fully funded programme, children and young people can: 

    • Enjoy healthy meals every day 

    • Take part in fun, creative, and physical activities 

    • Learn about food, cooking, and nutrition 

    • Develop new skills and make new friends 

    This Easter’s activities include: 

    • Sports sessions; football, paddle boarding, martial arts, rock climbing 

    • Creative arts programmes; film making, music production, photography, drama 

    • Multi-activity camps 

    • SEND-friendly activity camps 

    • …and much more!

    Discretionary Places  

    We can offer a limited number of discretionary places on the HAF programme for vulnerable children who are not in receipt of benefits-related Free School Meals. If you are working with a child who does not meet the Free School Meal eligibility criteria, you can request a discretionary place by completing a short referral form Discretionary place request form. 

    Priority will be given to children who: 

    • Are known to Children’s Social Care 

    • Have a Child in Need Plan and/or a Child Protection Plan 

    • Are in the care of the Local Authority 

    • Have been assessed by a social worker, key worker or family support worker as being at risk 

    How to book: 

    • Parents/Guardians can browse the list of available activities and choose the one that suits their children’s interests.

    • During the Easter holiday, each child can book up to one week of activities with any of our listed providers.
