We're the Well-being Yogis!
It's our job to make sure that the mental health and well-being of everyone at Deanesfield is looked after. We work closely with different year groups across the school to help children and adults to stay relaxed and stress-free.
Article 31 says that we have the right to play and rest: at Deanesfield, we take this seriously! Some things that we already do as a school to keep our learning environment stress free zone are The Daily Mile, enjoying nature and playing music in our outdoor spaces, reading in our comfy library, mindfulness colouring, meditation and even yoga!
We are proud to protect Deanesfield's mental health.
