At Deanesfield, we take our mental health and wellbeing seriously. In our impact group, we have thought about different ways that our school can ensure that children can stay relaxed. We have already used mindfulness colouring techniques to focus our minds and have many other ideas to roll out across the school. Have a look:

· Learning shoulder massage techniques
Already this year, the group has helped Year 3 begin the Daily Mile that helps them to improve their focus, concentration and keeping physically active.
